REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO REFUNDS

The Creative Build workspace is a digital product. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital product and that no refund will be issued after purchase.

This policy exists because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned in the way physical goods can.

EXCEPTIONS

While our policy is no refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances arise. If you believe your situation warrants a review, you are welcome to contact us at contact@thecreativebuild.com. We will consider each request on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

CHARGEBACKS

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of the terms you agreed to at the time of purchase.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

All billing and payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. If you have questions about a charge on your statement, contact us at contact@thecreativebuild.com and include your purchase email address.
